CJD GEOSCIENCE have a history of 10 years doing trading of engineering design and consultancy service supporting mining,oil and gas extraction in Overseas market. It's a growing company an has recently expanded to Singapore and building it's HQ in SIngapore. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
• Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be in Singapore as a member of a global diverse cross functional team responsible for developing new modules in Advanced Semiconductor Packaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing new modules leveraging Applied Materials wide equipment portfolio and help advice the packaging Business Unit on equipment requirements for Advanced semiconductor packaging.

• File for IP on new patentable developments.

• Act as engineering expert in semiconductor packaging and help drive cross functional projects by working with engineers, managers, and directors/Senior directors across Applied Materials business units, including the packaging business unit.

• Help structure and maintain Applied Materials roadmap in Packaging modules and how it fits within advanced modules with the industry.

• Help design experiments to help improve packaging wiring to improve performance, by reducing RC delays and increasing wiring density in various dielectrics, including polymer dielectrics and deposited thin film dielectrics.

• Represent Integration Module Solutions (IMS) as a module specialist to various business units within Applied and to customers, outside Applied.

• Define engineering plans, design DOEs, help characterize and create engineering reports for advanced packaging.

• Create roadmap committees for some packaging applications and help shepherd Applied Materials product portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum of BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or equivalent

• 10 years of experience in semiconductor packaging development and manufacturing

• Strong communication skills to be effective in dealing with Business Units, cross-functional teams, internal or external manufacturing and customer

• Lead project across organization and culture in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics) or relevant experience.
2. 10 years of experience in analytics solution engineering, data consulting, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS context.
3. Profound understanding of analytics techniques, data visualization tools, and business intelligence methodologies.
4. Stellar communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on conveying analytics concepts.
5. Acquaintance with the SaaS analytics product cycle and data integration methodologies.
6. A proactive, data-driven mindset with keen analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a position with significant autonomy as you lead a high performing systems team in ResMed's Masks portfolio and set the direction on how we operate, excellence and grow in capability. This position is also responsible for leading the Systems Engineering team that look after PLE (Product Lifecycle Engineering). You will also have opportunity to build strong ties with peers and to influence teams outside of Systems.

In this role you will:

• Strategize the direction that the team needs to take and then build a plan to deliver on that strategy
• Set a compelling vision for the team’s future and enact it through the team
• Continuously hold the future in mind including, but not limited to, the technology landscape as well as the PLE (Product Lifecycle Engineering) experience during handovers.
• Investigate new technologies or ways of working
• Partner closely and influence Mask / Devices PD team as we develop solutions together
• Focus on building end to end systems capability from R&T, PD through to PLE and obsolescence
• Manage or take a technical leadership role on large projects with others working on them
• Build collaborative relationships and influence across SRC PD and into Operations, Product Management and DHT
• Seek to understand unmet needs and friction points in the patient experience, and drive this knowledge throughout your teams and the organisation
• Understand of the varied business models in use across the globe and how they necessarily influence our solutions
• Grow our systems engineering practice, capability, and best practices

You are a proven Senior Leader with demonstrated success leading technical teams operating in a cross-functional large scale/global team environment with significant broad-based Product Development experience including project management.

• 10+ years of Systems Engineering or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, preferably in systems
• Extensive product development life cycle knowledge
• Demonstrated aptitude for successfully managing technical teams in matrix structure and multiple development projects, of varying complexity, within specified guidelines, timeframes, and budgets
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred)

• LTA Experience necessary

• Manage & Lead the team for the ACMV System.
• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender. Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team
• Team development
• QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables
• Liaise with clients, project managers, architects, contractors
• Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages
• Any other required duties as required by the Project Team.
