Roles Summary / Purpose
The Pre-Sales Senior Executive is responsible for driving the business expansion of our products and solutions company across Malaysia. Responsible in pre-sales products and solutions providing for maintaining existing clients while also spearheading corporate business development initiatives.  The person will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize sales exposure in all business sectors. • Assist and support the sales cycle/management in business expansion efforts.

About The job
Reporting to and work closely with the Payroll Administration Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the senior Payroll Administrator, your primary duty will be managing the payroll and HR function, this role will initially focus on payroll administration and reporting and workers compensation. 
You will assist the Manager with basic HR administration and managing employee records. Your core responsibility will involve managing the day to day administration of payroll processing and benefits of approximately 300-500 employees/headcounts using payroll system Kaizen.  
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration and have some experience in HR portfolio. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 28-38.
Candidates with high volume/head counts payroll experience in previous employment will be a distinct advantage although not a must conditions as training will be provided.
