HR EXECUTIVE / Admin (Full Time / Part Time)

- Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative.

- Preparing, handling, and managing documents & filing

- Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation

- Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation

- Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing

- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc

- Excellent communication skills

- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Hard-working, good organization & scheduling

- Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff

- Neat & organize in filing

- Able to work under pressure

- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

- Preferable Singaporean / SPR

- Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)

- Responsible for Human Resources Admin role of the companies

- Ensure all HR functions comply with Employment Act & government requirements and regulations

- Well-versed in letter writing, especially in short-hand typing

- Provide admin assistance to HR, Directors, and Management staff

- Assist and managing office operations and management

- Knowledge in Singapore employment law (MOM. IRAS, CPF, ICA, etc.)

- High standard working attitude & able to work independently

- Excellent communication skills and multitasking

- Proficient in computer (MS Word & Excel)
