• Creditors.
  ~Assist Purchaser to negotiate our credit limit when necessary.
• To assist the Executive Director, General Manager and check the debtor accounts together in the Sales  & Marketing Department. To take full responsibility on the debtor aging control over Sales and Marketing Dept.  
• Budgetary Control. 
  ~Monitoring the Variance Report.
  ~Highlight the current position against reality of budget.
  
• Verify monthly payroll entries. 
• Assist General Manager on legal matter.
• Liaise with External Auditor on accounting policies, annual audit, stock take , etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing all aspects for construction payables, to include payment tracking.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Autocount.

• 準備日記帳以進行 TR 結算 - 馬來西亞和新加坡銀行，並更新 HP 和借款時間表並發佈到 UBS 系統。
• 執行清算帳戶的清算，確保所有清算都是最新完成的。
• 每月期末庫存並過帳至 UBS 系統。
• 部門分析-每月員工薪資單。
• 部門分析-重置成本、針織損耗、損壞坯布、重新染色和重新定型並發佈到UBS系統。
• 每月公司間及分包帳戶及對帳。
• 準備審計和稅務表。
• 與外部審計師聯絡以進行審計和公司秘書

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Develop a short term and long term sales strategy & plan to achieve set sales department objectives and goals (i.e. sales revenue, growth, market share and profitability).
• Ensure all planned activities are implementing effectively by meeting the set objectives: i.e number of attendance, recruitment of business builders and sales target. 
• Ensure that all events initiated meet up to the company expectations in terms of content, attendance, number of business builders and recruitments.
• Ensure all planned  activities cum sales campaigns are meeting the set objectives
• Build up business market  : Drive the business  expansion as per the Group’s direction 
• Monitoring the consultants’ performances – to propose remedy action plan to overcome the short fall ( if any). 
• Key development and sales management - Support network leaders in the network development and sales growth. 
• Conduct regular trainings and meetings with key consultants  – gather market feedbacks, communicate company sales strategy. 
• Field work with consultants is necessary especially in reviewing the results hence training, coaching and mentoring are to ensuring the progress and growth
• Any other functions, which may be assigned by the Top management from time to time

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification

Possess tertiary qualification in business/marketing related discipline or equivalent. 

Experience

Min 5 years managerial experience in sales (preferably in MLM industry).

• Good command of language Mandarin and Malay is a must ( bi language or tri language)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, from procurement to payment, including monthly closings, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality. Key tasks include PR, PO, PI, DO matching, maximizing credit terms, timely payments, preparing accrual reports, payment and bank reconciliation, managing reimbursements, forecasting outflows, and devaeloping SOPs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the retail sector and chain store operations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability in people management, including coaching, development, and motivation.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles related to Accounts Payables, proficiency in MS Office, and an appreciation for IT innovations.
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to structure information, and present effectively to various stakeholders.
