The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJVAMC) is recruiting for one PACT Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) at the Beaufort, SC Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The PACT CPP is responsible for planning, implementing and operating the clinical pharmacy programs and is assigned to cover in the primary care or any of the specialized areas of pharmacy. The CPP plays a defined role in budgetary execution and serves as a mid-level provider to initiate, modify, or discontinue medication therapy, except for controlled substances, and as a consultant for medication services by the providers of the medical center. The incumbent, as a Cemetery Administration Specialist, will monitor committal services for compliance with the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) standards pertaining to the mission to "honor Veterans and their families with final resting places in National Shrines and with lasting tributes that commemorate their service and sacrifices to our Nation."
The incumbent represents the cemetery and the entire NCA at committal services at the National Cemetery, and at outreach events, answering questions and providing information to Veterans regarding memorial benefits. The representative is also versed in providing information to eligible family members of Veterans regarding any memorial benefits they may be eligible to receive. The incumbent of this position performs a wide variety of administrative duties in support of cemetery operations. The specific focus is on working together with the Administrative Officer and/or Cemetery Administrator in planning and administering the cemetery operations. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Investigation and determination of eligibility for interment activities of the National Cemetery; Performs clerical office automation and typing duties in support of the administration (which requires the use of computer software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and interment activities and is responsible for ensuring required reports are completed accurately and timely; Acts as clearing point for problems that arise such as: Congressional or other inquiries on eligibility for burial; continuation of reserved gravesites determination of legality and eligibility of widows, widowers and children of eligible service persons and decedents interred in the cemetery; remarried spouse interment with their first spouse, family members requesting burial with parents, children and siblings; and discrepancies in name, service number, dates of service, rank of organization, etc. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work schedule: Required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. May include occasional weekends. Due to the mission of the National Cemetery, the cemetery cannot be closed for more than 2 consecutive days at any given time. Additionally, when a Federal holiday falls on a Monday or Friday, staff may be required to work on that holiday or a Saturday. All staff is required to work Memorial Day and Veteran's Day each year. Staff will be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays when necessary to meet the needs of the cemetery. Occasionally staff may be called back to the facility to perform emergency overtime work.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Works as a HVACR Maintenance Mechanic on all MCCS-SC equipment and supervises NA and WG Maintenance Mechanics within MCCS SC Facility’s Department. Exercises full supervisory responsibility over the work operation. Enforces required safety and other related regulations in the workplace. Assigned as a purchase card holder. Determines equipment, supplies, and tools required to complete work. Contacts local vendors in the execution of the established purchase orders and regulations, involving appropriated and non-appropriated fund expenditures, for purchase of refrigeration and appliance spare parts and equipment. Assures that materials are ordered or are on hand, as not to delay the work. Maintains proper records of parts purchased and delivered. Provides reports of productions, with updates as required. Responsible for the efficient operations of catering and events. Primary responsibilities are to proactively sell events space rental, and/or food, beverage, and services to authorized clients. Duties include prospecting for new business, both in person and via the internet and telephone. Engages in business activities that generate potential clients and promote the Club and MCCS, such as attending trade shows/bridal shows, hosting client site visits, making outside sales calls to potential clients, telephone selling, internet selling, and attending business networking events in the community. SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of perpetual inventory accuracy inside the four walls of the store. Reports to the Warehouse Manager, Replenishment Manager, Senior Marine Mart Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager or Retail Director.
Executes and communicates progress in both corporate and local programs to help manage on hand integrity, inclusive of cycle counts, Retail Inventory Management Application (RIMA) and executing inventory adjustments with proper research and justifications. May work alongside a team responsible for store replenishment from backroom to sales floor including the disposition of all receipts. Communicates with supervisor on areas of opportunity. Collaborates on areas to simplify and standardize multiple processes including “door to floor”.
Assists with sorting, sustaining and shining of backroom to enterprise standard. May include processing receiving documentation and forwarding to Shared Services Center or Headquarters as required.
Assists with execution and maintenance of Planograms (POGs) and replenishment to corporate merchandising standards. Assists with identifying potential loss due to dated product rotation, vendor credits and available credits for returned merchandise.
Subject matter expert on Cognos reports related to inventory movement. Uses merchandise reports to identify replenishment issues both within the four walls and down the supply chain.
Coordinates with management a review schedule of all replenished areas to insure a periodic review of replenishment and inventory accuracy is occurring throughout the store(s). Uses exception reporting to identify merchandise categories requiring corrective action to protect sales and customer service levels.
May actively engage with sales managers to ensure RIMAscans are completed and follow through is executed to include inventory adjustments when necessary. Assists retail trainer to insure all Sales Associates are trained on Greensheets pertaining to replenishment and inventory accuracy.
May be assigned to a military clothing operation, at which time must be familiar with Wide Area Network Flow (WAWF) procedures for processing documentation dealing with Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) merchandise.

The Firearms Specialist provides a Dress Blue Experience, and executes departmental procedures and follows all firearms regulations. Reports to the Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager or Store Manager.
Focuses on delivering a best in class customer experience and driving strong customer engagement with the firearms department. Focuses on solution based selling, offering applicable accessories and services to the customer in addition to the firearm. Required to strictly adhere to all governing bodies’ processes/requirements including but not limited to: ATF, FFL, DOD, Marine Corps, State, Corporate and local command for selling, handling, receiving, transferring, inventory management, and records management for all weapons and ammunitions.
