Performs prevention-related coordinating functions within the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), Embedded Preventive Behavioral Programs Capability (EPBPC) at the regional level in order to define and improve processes. Informs, improves policy and program development, improve implementation and increase the effectiveness of prevention efforts across the region. Serves as a special staff officer responsible for coordination of prevention policy and procedures between MCRD internal and external stakeholders such as: Force Preservation stakeholders from subordinate units, installation and MCCS representatives, and off installation assets and resources. Coordination shall also occur with the EPBPC Director and Regional Training Coordinator located at the closest Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF). Coordination activities may include assessments of policy, services, training, programs, communications, and logistics. Serves on MCRD regional behavioral programs workgroups, coalitions, and counsels.
Under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, and in partnership with stakeholders, describes the characteristics of behavioral prevention system issues at the regional level that cross multiple organizations and stakeholders. Gathers input from stakeholders and makes recommendations to inform the development of policy and procedures in order to improve the effectiveness of training, services, and prevention programs.
Works with MCRD regional stakeholders to draft directives, issuances, memoranda, policy statements, information papers, briefings, letters of instruction, memorandums of understanding, and contracts; and routes them for concurrence. Applies strategies for continuous quality improvement in policy, training, and service delivery. Develops and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders and uses group facilitation processes to advance stakeholder involvement. Changes approach and plans as needed based upon stakeholder feedback, management directives, and project requirements.
Uses a variety of approaches to disseminate information to stakeholders. Presents tailored presentations on statistical, programmatic, and scientific information for use by professional and lay audiences. Applies conflict management and group dynamic facilitation strategies to resolve issues and overcome barriers. Incorporates strategies for interacting with persons from diverse backgrounds who have variability in their knowledge of the USMC, its culture, and social norms. Coordinates with HQMC to formulate, administer and monitor the budget and manpower requirements for prevention programming in his/her respective regions. Assesses the structures and functions of the prevention capability and provides recommendations to Commands and HQMC. Monitors expenses and establishes proactive controls to ensure budgetary objectives are met. Takes corrective action when budget variances occur. Computes financial data and statistics to prepare reports and forecast budgets for execution and short and long range plans. Analyzes profit and loss statements to identify discrepancies, needs, opportunities and efficiencies and initiates new practices and plans to operate more effectively. Compares current and historical data to determine trends and anticipate future requirements.

Responsible for meeting personal and department sales goals. Coach Sales Associates on product knowledge areas related to particular categories such as: electronics, shoes, jewelry/accessories, firearms, military clothing or other assigned areas. May be scheduled at the checkout, other departments sales areas, specialty category or customer service desk for coverage. Reports to the Sales Manager.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Works as a HVACR Maintenance Mechanic on all MCCS-SC equipment and supervises NA and WG Maintenance Mechanics within MCCS SC Facility’s Department. Exercises full supervisory responsibility over the work operation. Enforces required safety and other related regulations in the workplace. Assigned as a purchase card holder. Determines equipment, supplies, and tools required to complete work. Contacts local vendors in the execution of the established purchase orders and regulations, involving appropriated and non-appropriated fund expenditures, for purchase of refrigeration and appliance spare parts and equipment. Responsible for the efficient operations of catering and events. Primary responsibilities are to proactively sell events space rental, and/or food, beverage, and services to authorized clients. Duties include prospecting for new business, both in person and via the internet and telephone. SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of perpetual inventory accuracy inside the four walls of the store. Reports to the Warehouse Manager, Replenishment Manager, Senior Marine Mart Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager or Retail Director.
Executes and communicates progress in both corporate and local programs to help manage on hand integrity, inclusive of cycle counts, Retail Inventory Management Application (RIMA) and executing inventory adjustments with proper research and justifications. May work alongside a team responsible for store replenishment from backroom to sales floor including the disposition of all receipts. Communicates with supervisor on areas of opportunity. Collaborates on areas to simplify and standardize multiple processes including “door to floor”.
Assists with sorting, sustaining and shining of backroom to enterprise standard. May include processing receiving documentation and forwarding to Shared Services Center or Headquarters as required.
Assists with execution and maintenance of Planograms (POGs) and replenishment to corporate merchandising standards. Assists with identifying potential loss due to dated product rotation, vendor credits and available credits for returned merchandise.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Firearms Specialist provides a Dress Blue Experience, and executes departmental procedures and follows all firearms regulations. Reports to the Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager or Store Manager.
Focuses on delivering a best in class customer experience and driving strong customer engagement with the firearms department. Focuses on solution based selling, offering applicable accessories and services to the customer in addition to the firearm. Required to strictly adhere to all governing bodies’ processes/requirements including but not limited to: ATF, FFL, DOD, Marine Corps, State, Corporate and local command for selling, handling, receiving, transferring, inventory management, and records management for all weapons and ammunitions.
