金融

• 準備每月財務報告、財務審計和報稅表。

• 準備預測、預算並監控實際績效
• 負責公司稅務工作。
• 與審計師、稅務代理人、銀行、公司秘書和其他法定機構/當局聯絡。
• 規劃和管理公司的現金流量和所有銀行設施的利用，以確保有足夠的資金來滿足公司的需求
• 確保遵守法定和其他監管要求，包括會計、法律、秘書和稅務事宜。
• 其他由董事財務經理臨時交辦的事項。

資格：

• 至少 3-4 年相關工作經驗。候選人必須至少擁有 LCCI/金融/會計研究生文憑或同等學歷。
• 注重細節，較強的組織和時間管理能力。
• 能夠獨立工作並承受壓力，必須積極思考並不斷學習。
• 較強的溝通能力及創造性思考能力。
• 良好的英語和普通話口語和書面溝通能力是一個額外優勢。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作。
• 良好的團隊合作精神，態度積極，渴望學習。
• 學習能力強，能適應變化。
• 能夠同時處理多項任務、決定優先順序並有效管理時間。

Responsibilities

• Training will be provided
• To handle sales enquiries over the phone, emails or meet up.
• To attend customer enquiry, provide proposal, quotation, DO, invoice and follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.
• Canvassing for new/potential new customers in related field
• Build rapport with few existing customers for long term connection
• To provide consultation, presentation & demonstration of products
• To handle customer feedback, delivery and monitor stock issues 
• To work on any relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time
• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
