Job Summary
Advanced Technical Support Engineer
Provide remote and onsite advanced technical hardware support for Commercial LaserJet products to HP customers, Technical Consultants/Partner Service Consultants, L2 Service Engineers, Field technicians, and Contact Centers. The ATS Support Engineer is required to apply portfolio-wide knowledge to deliver prompt resolutions on complex / critical problems and work across the value chain. In addition, the ATS Support Engineer tracks, manages, and drives close loop processes on top issues to prevent problem reoccurrence. Must be able to communicate at an engineering level, management level and executive level. This job will require coming into the Boise printer lab at least three days a week.

The Data Security Team, a part of the wider Cyber Security Technology function, provides security controls and services that are utilised across the group. This team is responsible for the delivery & support of effective security services and continuous assurance over enterprise security controls within the bank and across its group entities.

Your impact and contribution:
As the Senior Cyber Engineer – Data Security you will be responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of services such as Microsoft Security Suite of services, Tokenisation services and Cryptography. You will also participate in the implementation of complex changes and project delivery.

Determine asset availability forecasting using applicable software.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering Degree, BS, MS Mechanical or Equivalent
Minimum 10-years professional experience.

Familiar with international codes and standards, including API (RP 17N / 17Q), ISO 14224, ISO 20815 and ASME to the extent required.

About you
Otis Elevator is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales (Maintenance Sales) Consultant. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the Service Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling elevator and escalator service agreements to both new and existing customers. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our service contract portfolio.
What you will be doing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers for elevator and escalator service agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their service needs and promote contract renewals and upgrades.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to develop tailored service solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance their experience.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value of Otis service offerings.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new service agreements and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify competitive advantages and position Otis as a leader in elevator and escalator services.
What you will need to be successful
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or related industries.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and effectively convey the value of service agreements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineer or a related field is preferred.

We’re looking for Chief Engineer – Workflow Technology, who’ll be responsible for providing technology thought leadership to senior leaders for a distinct business area (in CBA we call this a Crew) undergoing an Agile transformation.
Essentially, you’ll partner with the senior leaders, driving the technology direction for that business area, translate business strategy into technical strategy and be responsible for defining its technical roadmaps. You’ll also help business leaders understand technology concepts by working at the forefront of all technology decisions.

We are seeking people who can:
Work at the Executive level, have confidence to present to the senior stakeholders (GM/EGM/C-level) and provide them technical insights in a business context;
Define execution plans to achieve business outcome, this includes technical solution and roadmap, resource allocation and prioritisation, cost implication and optimisation opportunities;
