As the Assistant Reservation and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations team, ensuring that guest requests are met, and maintaining clear and timely communication with both guests and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the reservations team and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure that guest requests and reservations are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle guest complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain an accurate record of room inventory, rate codes, room types, and availability.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor and lead a team.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
