Job description :

• Generate leads for SME financing that includes qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationships, and following up inquiries from potential SME leads, especially for Consumer Goods Distributors customer/potential customers.
• Identify borrower’s needs, which may create unique, innovative, and high-value customer solutions.
• Present and pitch products to potential customers and negotiate the terms and conditions.
• Undertake and log comprehensive fact finds with both existing and new clients, establishing the key specific business needs, benefits sought, and any potential barriers to sale

1. Understanding AwanTunai’s lending portfolio and setting growth targets with the management team
2. Identify new lending capital opportunities and pitching to Banks and Institutional Lenders to obtain new/additional capital
3. Negotiating covenants with the lenders to ensure smooth running of business and loan book operations
4. Develop relationship management strategies to deepen, maintain or exit the relationship
5. Working with the Sales and Risks team to understand capital requirements and limitations on capital deployed
6. Working closely with the Head of Loan Operations to ensure there is no breach of covenants at all times
7. Pro-actively manage the loan book quality on a daily basis
8. Prepare credit proposals/credit renewals in a concise and timely manner while ensuring that the major risks as well as risk mitigates are highlighted

1. Developing a risk-based internal audit plan for approval by the Board
2. Implementing the approved internal audit plan.
3. Assist with development and improvement of operational SOP.

Uraian Pekerjaan :

• Melakukan proses akuisisi terhadap pemilik warung, agen, grosir FMCG;
• Melakukan kunjungan dan menjalin hubungan bisnis dengan pemilik warung, agen, grosir FMCG;
• Mencapai target penjualan dan target akuisisi yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan;
• Memasarkan produk lending & non lending perusahaan;
• Mengedukasi terkait manfaat produk, program, promo, ketentuan & mekanisme produk perusahaan.

1. Responsible for calculating and reporting the company's monthly and annual tax returns.
2. Ensure that the company has issued a tax invoice and credited VAT Input  accurate tax amounts on every invoice.
3. Supporting & giving advisory to other departments related to taxation.
4. Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related.
5. Prepare annual tax report & tax queries in collaboration with the Tax Manager.
6. Prepare data for Tax Audit & any other litigations.
7. Maintain a good relationship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company.
