The Role

Responsibilities:

• Own the success of the quality health review and certification program.

• Monitor the industry for quality control methods and propose future areas of investment for Morningstar to reach and sustain best in class quality.
Requirements:
• A broad and comprehensive understanding of investment and financial data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, including experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

1. University degree in Marketing / Economics / Psychology / Sociology or related field a must. Preferred Postgraduate or MBA
2. 12+ years working experience in Market Research
3. Preferred : knowledge and exposure of the Mumbai + west India markets;

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
The incumbent is responsible for leading Abbott Nutrition’s supply chain operations from demand planning to order fulfillment. He/she ensures the effective and efficient execution of daily and long-term operation, including but not limited to project management, demand planning, supply planning, importations, third party manufacturing, customer service, inventory management, and warehousing and distribution.
As a key leader in the organization, the incumbent is expected to lead supply chain strategic initiatives and best practices to support business strategy.
