Roles & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
- Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees.
- Working closing with Service Advisors & workshop on parts ordering and all necessary documents.
- Relaying productivity or stock concerns to the Supervisor.
- Submit weekly or monthly report as per request.
- Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry into the QuickBooks system
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Follow up on customer collections and execute customer GIRO collections
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Procurement of IT devices
- Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category
- Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Highly organised and detailed-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and managing emails
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets (QuickBooks and Excel)
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role, even as an intern or entry-level, can be advantageous
