• Provide Centre-based Nursing and nursing care at St Andrew’s Senior Care

Centre-Based Nursing

• Assist Staff Nurse to Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client.
• Nursing Care in the centre
• Provide nursing assessment for new clients and regular review of assessment
• Co-ordinate with other team members and updating them of the changes in the client’s condition and needs

Qualification

• Registered Enrolled Nurse with SNB

Special Aptitude And Knowledge

• Monday - Friday (42.5 hours per week / 8.5 hours per day)
