About the Role
The Global Corporates Rating Group is seeking a highly motivated corporate credit analyst to join its team in Frankfurt as an Assistant Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coverage of a wide range of corporate credits in Europe , for performing financial statement analysis, building financial forecasts and preparing rating committee materials, press releases and rating reports and will develop a strong understanding of the overall credit analysis process. Design and implement Information Technology Service Management processes in ServiceNow, including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Portal, and ITOM
Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
Performs advanced configurations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports, etc.
Accountable for the delivery of biweekly sprints for the development team as well as ensuring that platform incident SLAs are met
Leads daily scrum calls with development team, business analysts, and process owners.
Coordinate with Platform Architect to ensure designs meet development guidelines and best practices.
Ensures effective communication and coordination of offshore development team activities with onshore process owners and requestors.
Coaches offshore development resources to close technical and soft skill gaps during weekly mentoring sessions
Provides leadership and participates in vetting new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.
Drives process improvements and ensures process adherence for the offshore development team.

The Role:
As an Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for providing first class service and training for financial adviser clients who utilise our investment research via Morningstar Adviser Research Centre (ARC). Operating as part of our Customer Success Hub team, you will combine a thorough understanding of Morningstar products and have the business and service acumen to help clients make the most of our products.
You will serve as the primary interface for existing ARC clients, leveraging your expertise to address account related queries or assess client needs to deliver comprehensive training, serving as the face and voice of Morningstar with a commitment to providing the highest quality of service. Additionally, you will partner with the sales team assisting with ARC new prospects, as they move through the sales process and supporting the sales operation function of our Managed Portfolios team. You will be primarily evaluated on the retention of your client book, so proactive activity to promote product usage and engagement to help advice businesses integrate our research into their workflow will be key to your success.

About the Role
Morningstar requires a detail driven and passionate Compliance Director, Asia, to lead a small team and be responsible for structuring, maintaining and executing an effective compliance program for the business in Asia. This role will have a primary focus on supporting the business team with implementing a robust compliance program during a period of growth as the business expands its activities. The role is responsible for managing compliance staff in Asia (ex Japan). We are a small team in Asia and are looking for an individual who is able to think strategically and effectively manage the team and workload well, but yet be “hands on” and be willing to do a variety of work, interacting with personnel at all levels from across Asia offices. There may be occasional travel to regional offices in Asia. This position reports to the Global Chief Compliance Officer – Investment, Research and Data and is based in Singapore.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced product marketer to build and execute the GTM strategy across our Morningstar DBRS credit rating products and services for our U.S. market, and deliver data-driven market and audience insights, impactful product positioning and messaging, and effective demand generation campaigns and sales enablement resources. The Group
The Global Project Finance & Infrastructure Finance team is seeking a highly motivated individual, preferably with five to seven years of expertise in Project and Infrastructure Finance credit analysis, to join its team of analysts in New York City as an Assistant Vice President. Working closely with members of the team in New York, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the U.S. based portfolio, which includes performing financial statement analysis, using financial models, drafting rating reports, compiling rating committee materials and having a well-developed understanding of the overall credit analysis process.
The Role
The successful candidate will work on a variety of transactions as a rating analyst, performing lead and supporting analyst responsibilities within project and infrastructure finance including the power and energy-related sectors (e.g. gas, wind, solar, hydro generation), bespoke project financings (e.g. telecommunications, technology infrastructure, large industrial equipment leases, stadiums, etc.) and broader infrastructure mandates (PPPs, toll roads, airports, ports, utilities). The role involves performing financial statement analysis, using financial models, drafting rating reports and press releases, along with the compilation of rating committee materials and drafting of high quality and timely topical research.
