Job Description

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs for all properties in the group (residential and commercial).
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and making corrective actions to solve issues.
• Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out maintenance/repair work.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure contractors/vendors and technicians complete all repair and maintenance work within the required timelines and standards.
• Hands-on repair for minor rectification works.
• Provide guidance to new tenants on building fit-out procedures, vet tenant's design and M&E submission and be responsible for hand-over of property by tenant and follow up of defects identified.
• Oversee and check the daily operations of Security, Housekeeping and general maintenance of the commercial buildings, as needed.
• Liaise with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance, when necessary.

Our team and product

The CNC Technician will join the dynamic Product Development and Innovation (PDI) team. He/She will produce our new Kacific motorized satellite antenna. It has been developed and designed by the PDI team as a very innovative product to grow Kacific's future revenue.

The incumbent will be based in Singapore and will report to the production manager of PDI team.

Job Description (CNC Technician, with 6y+ of mechanical experience)

- Operate End to End CNC machines, 3D printers, and associated software to produce mechanical parts for a small, motorized satellite antenna.

- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.

- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and report any machine malfunctions.

- Know how to use a 3d printer and G-code software for CNC machine and is a plus

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

- Participating in the assembly of mechanical parts, ensuring proper fit and function within antenna systems.

- Conduct testing and quality controls of the parts produced.

- Meet production targets and deadlines.

- Ensure proper packaging of finished products.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience

- Minimum diploma on NITEC At least possess a Professional Certificate or relevant certification Minimum ITE certification.

- Prior experience in operating lathes and associated software is preferred.

- Good CNC programming knowledge.

- Ability to perform manual tasks associated with machine operation in a manufacturing environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods, follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating automated PLC control panels, skid systems, and various instruments. The Calibration Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and accuracy of instrumentation equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Calibration and Testing:Conduct calibration, testing, and commissioning of automated PLC control panels and skid systems.
   Perform line checking, loop checking, and input-output checking using Process Meters.
   Repair, test, and troubleshoot faulty instruments, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines.
   
2. Installation and Commissioning:Install, test, and commission new instrumentation equipment.
   Conduct air tube testing, termination on both field and panel, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
   Inject digital and analog signals (4-20mA, 0-20mA, and digital signals) as part of commissioning procedures.
   
3. Documentation:Prepare comprehensive documentation for all calibration, testing, and commissioning activities.
   Maintain accurate records of work performed, instrument status, and calibration schedules.
   
4. Professional Experience:Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Calibration Technician.
