1. Responsibilities :

· Manages the execution of the design strategy by adapting and deploying the Design Standard and code requirements ( like SS598, EN1993-1-1, EN 1808..)

· Design and handle big project in permanent and temporary access system ( Building Maintenance Unit, Suspended Scaffolding System…)

· Design and fabrication steel structure and handle large-scale projects

· Supervise and coordinate with sub-con, consultant, vendors in the development of schematic, design and construction drawing and performance specifications on the new project in BMU and temporary access system

· Ensure details design and construction meet stakeholder’s requirements

· Manages projects in accordance with relevant milestone and schedules

· Manage design changes and modifications for impact on the project development

2. Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· 7 years of relevant experience in permanent and temporary access system ( Building Maintenance Unit, Suspended Scaffolding System…)

· 7 years of relevant experience working in design and fabrication steel structure and handle large-scale projects

· Leading a team of Design Coordinator

· Able to use SolidWork software to produce fabrication drawing and coordinate with fabricator

· Able to use software ( Etabs, SAP 2000…) to produce PE Calculation for steel structure

· Good Skill in 2D Autocad software, Microsoft Office…

· Familiar with the government authorities guidelines in Singapore

· Demonstrated project management Skill

· Able to work on site if necessary

· Self-initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Under general supervision, this role is responsible for delivering technical training and educational programs to internal and external customers. Provides subject matter expertise for technical training and/or professional development curriculum. The Technical Instructor is responsible for supporting the instructional design process, including design/redesign, execution, and success metrics. Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps such as CPI/EJCS data as well as incorporating PSL established competencies. Assesses employee needs and assists in the as-needed adaptation of training program materials, ensuring training content aligns appropriately to the learning style of the audience and addresses performance gaps for the Product Service Lines and Support Organizations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Holder in Engineering as a minimum in addition to 4+ years of experience relating to product service line operations, including curriculum development or training. Traveling is a requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities

M&E Systems

• Assist the M&E Executives in the overall day to day maintenance and operations of building and M&E systems.
• Monitor and ensure the systems operate efficiently and safely and in accordance with the design specifications and intent.
• Monitor & supervise the execution of Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Procure M&E and building parts for repairs and replacement.
• Administer PTWs.
• Vendors management and verify works upon completion.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure contractors / vendors and technicians complete all repair and maintenance work within the required timelines and standards.
• To inspect/supervise/test plumbing fittings periodically to uncover any defects, by-pass timers and controls periodically to turn on lights to check for defective ones.
• Lead, supervise and provide guidance to the technicians.
• To monitor utilities consumption and reading of building equipment and fittings for irregular consumption and take corrective measure if necessary.
• To review and recommend for approval cost-saving or cost-effective measures to reduce consumption or measures that would increase durability.

Tenants’ Fit-Out & Landlord’s Subdivision / Upgrading Works

• Assist Tenant Service Executive in the handing over of premises to new tenants including preparing handing over document and making sure defects identified are timely rectified.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of tenancy fit out works and monitoring of fit out activities, especially on the M&E aspects.
• Review tenant’s submission together with Landlord’s vetting consultants and collate comments to tenants in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Fit-Out guidelines.
• Check Tenant’s Post Fit-Out condition and document submission before recommending release of Fit-Out deposit.
• Review Fit Out Guide from time to time.
• Oversee tenant’s reinstatement works.
• Attend meeting with prospects, tenants, and Owner, and assist in completing questionnaires/RFPs.
• Attend to tenant’s request for additional power, Emergency Power, Additional Chilled Water.
• Assist tenants to open, close and/or terminate electricity accounts.
• Prepare weekly tenancy fit-out status reports.
• Manage and oversee the landlord’s sub-division works.
• Track budgets

• Ensure ships follow the company's energy management initiatives and any deviations to be attended to with priority
• Monitor, manage and report the day to day technical operation and performance of vessel, in conjunction with the onboard management, to ensure that applicable requirements to safety, quality, energy efficiency and environmental performance are met
• Closely monitor and ensure compliance with statutory, class and other third-party requirements
• Conduct bi-annual vessel inspections and follow up on inspection report deficiencies, observations from internal reports and relevant department reports
• Monitor vessels' routine maintenance through AMOS and ensure work and records are accurate and up to date. Verify stock levels by spot checks during ship visits and report
• Arrange for all spares, repairs modifications and services to comply with statutory requirements and company standards
• Identify areas for improvements and modifications and make recommendations for efficient operation of the vessels. Contribute to improved learning and efficient experience transfer by working actively across the fleets
• Manage all phases of the dry-docking process through planning, on-site management and final reporting in accordance with company procedures
• Work with shipboard management team to ensure all third parties engaged in repair / modification activities onboard vessels comply with company policy with regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment
• Evaluate and record Masters' and Chief Engineers' performance, as described in prevailing company documents, and vessel management in close cooperation with the crewing team
• Closely monitor guarantee defects, liaise with yards for successful claims and ensure repairs are closed out effectively
• Develop, monitor and control running cost budgets in accordance with company procedures, goals and applicable KPI's
• Implement procedures laid out in the company quality manuals and other instructions as issued by management including updating records, drawings, manuals etc in accordance with applicable Management of Change routines
• Actively participate and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of departmental procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years of sailing experience
• At least 2 years' experience at sea as a Chief Engineer or a Senior Second Engineer
• Chief Engineer's License preferred
• Experience of sailing on LPG/LNG vessels or handling of vessels with MEGI engine as Superintendent preferred.
• Able to travel and visit vessels when required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team setting.

Main Responsibilities

• Impact analysis to identify changes required in GEMS and Ethsys.
• GEMS is an inhouse reference data system built with 400 Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, 20-30 medium-size Java program and a database having 500 tables and over 3 terabytes in size.
• Ethsys is a transactional data system built with Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, Weblogic and Java.
• Identify and update impacted GEMS processes to read data from Allegro, which publishes data via Data Service Layer (i.e. DSL).
• Redesign the GEMS program logic to optimize performance, if necessary.
• Handle the tables and configuration data take-on.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare and execute PROD deployment: This includes preparing data take-on script to update historical data and decommission tables and any program which become redundant after Allegro.
• Vendor shall complete documentation, knowledge transfer and transition to the clients’ team (Documentation should use clients’ platforms such as SharePoint online, Jira and Confluence).
• Documentation should include but not limited to:
• Updated run book and FAQ for production and business operation support.
• Update Process Design Document (PDD).
