Job Description for Marketing Operations Specialist 

What you will do:  

• End-to-end management (from ideation to execution) of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across all brand communication platforms. 
• Manage social media channels which includes implementation of content calendar, social media posts, oversee creative output and social media moderation.

●       Helpdesk and IT Service Management support

o   Provide first level support to QCP users for the remediation of IT issues across three shifts

o   Support user helpdesk requests, such as for account / access related issues, VPN and network connectivity, collaboration and productivity tools support, endpoint troubleshooting, etc.  

o   Ensure proper recording, documentation and handover of issues to the next shift

o   Monitor and report on IT service level trends and production incidents

o   Maintain IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure that the CMDB is up to date

As an Off-Page SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings through various off-page optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for off-page optimization.
• Generate high-quality backlinks through link building techniques such as guest blogging, article submission, directory submission, and social bookmarking.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and shareable content for link building purposes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in off-page SEO and search engine algorithms.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
