• To learn and use the inventory control system and stock checking of meats upon arrival.
• To maintain daily production and temperature records.
• To be able to keep all equipment clean and in good working condition.
• To follow SOPs and production standards of the company.
• To deal with customer's questions and to reply in a friendly manner to keep customers happy.
• Create effective displays for meat, poultry and seafood and other related merchandise in the gourmet shop.
• There is an opportunity to learn from a master butcher on meats and further knowledge on processing these meats into further delicacies.
• Preferably having experience as a butcher or education in meat preparation and knowledge of different varieties of meat.
