Age UK North Tyneside are looking for a Recruitment and HR Coordinator who will be responsible for the Groups whole recruitment function. Leading, designing and delivering the full recruitment cycle for the whole of the Group ensuring the finest talent sourcing is completed. Working as part of the wider HR Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment plan for the Group, taking responsibility for recruitment budgets and targets.
The applicant will be working with the HR Manager to identify current and future hiring needs for the Group and working to understand potential talent mapping within the Group for progression opportunities. Creating new innovative ways of recruiting for the Group and building a recruitment campaign for our employer of choice across all Social Media platforms.
