As a Legal Administrative Specialist in the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing a variety of technical, analytical, and legal support services to the District of North Dakota. Typical work assignments will include:

• Providing technical advice to litigation teams (attorneys, paralegal staff, legal staff, etc.) on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to the following:

Directly assists the commander in the management of all administrative support program functions and leads staff of information managers. Serves as Squadron Facility Manager.

What to Expect

• To serve as a contact point for information and perform clerical and administrative tasks, which includes Child Development Centers (CDC), School Age Care (SAC), Family Child Care (FCC) and Youth Programs (YP).

Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrative Support Assistant within Path and Lab includes but is not limited to the following:

• Greets patients promptly and courteously. Communicates professionally and effectively with providers, nurses, medical technologists, and with patients.
