Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Scale 6 (Sc6). In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. As an Admin Scale 6 (Sc6), you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist with the preparation, drafting, and proofreading of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring items are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, registrations, materials, and attendee management.
Conduct research and gather data to support projects, presentations, and reports as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.05
Location: Islington, North London
