- Compile and update database for Exhibitor Promotion.
- Work with Manager to liaise with suppliers to make sure event related orders are done in timely manner. Raise ticket for payment and follow up payment schedule to suppliers.
- Support sales team to carry on exhibitor promotion activities and materials including organizing side events, roadshows, etc.
- Feed information on show promotional channels.
- Work with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure event reports are generated on a timely manner
- Support line manager on event marketing activities by working closely with marketing team to update exhibitors' details.
- Set up Site office at the exhibition and manage the front desk to assist Exhibitors with any issues arisen, provide a professional welcome for them, ensure housekeeping, and assist Operations Department to do verification of orders and other on-site duties.
- Handle post-show activities which include thank-you letters to Exhibitors and associations, etc.
- Maintain an effective and accurate filing system including archive files.
- Provide secretariat support to Manager including setting up the meetings, market research, taking minutes of meetings and so on.
