As a senior business solution architect (BSA) for master data management (MDM) & data quality management (DQM) focused on end-to-end engineering & manufacturing (Engg. & Mfg.) and product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, you will play a critical role in enabling data architecture and governance to help drive standardized and sustainable enterprise data footprint.
Define unified data strategy that aligns with business goals and lays foundation for business process digital transformation.
Assess and document the end-to-end data flow for Engg. & Mfg. and PLM processes, including product, customer, supplier master data and the derived master and enterprise data elements. Partner with business to define data taxonomy, policy, catalog, lineage and challenge the status quo. Identify data stewards and establish cross functional user councils to define and drive KPI’s to measure data quality and integrity. Build an enterprise data governance model to drive timely and effective business decision making and achieving operational excellence.
Perform data audits and report data quality metrics as part of data governance reviews.
Design and implement tools to accelerate data architecture and workflows to support evolving business processes and needs.
Support process improvements for PLM, SAP and Non-SAP enterprise data changes by collaborating with business and technical teams. Support user acceptance testing for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MDM, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SFDC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enhancements and collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution.

What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering/ supply chain management or equivalent experience is required. Advanced degree or relevant certification is desired in data domain (data engineer preferred), Engg. & Mfg. and PLM (certification preferred)
12+ as enterprise data governance and MDM functional SME or similar role, with focus in Engg. & Mfg. and PLM domain (hands-on experience in PTC Windchill, or any other leading domain solution is preferred)

Global Project and Alliance Management (GPAM) sits in the Research & Development Division at our company's (known as our Research Laboratories, or our Research Division). Primary Responsibilities:

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in a scientific or applied discipline preferred.
