General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Responsible for loading and mobilizing equipment to project site
Responsible for performing and documenting water well drilling project tasks
Perform water well preventative maintenance procedures and other duties as required
Education
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
Certification
Mud School certification preferred
State Drillers License Preferred
Welding Certifications Preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to attain a Class A CDL within 60 days
Work Experience
Prefer 3 to 5 years of water well drilling experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Mechanical/Welding Aptitude
Ability to operate all drilling associated equipment (backhoe, forklift, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions and implement standard operating procedures
Ability to direct self and 1 to 2 others
Good oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel and work outdoors

Must have good verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with employees, customers and vendors
Ability to travel long distances; out of town work required
