What you will do:
As Engineering Manager–System Integration, your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end HVAC Plantroom & Airside Engineering and Solutioning of Johnson Controls APAC business. In this role, you will be working with the JCI’s regional/country business teams, global application engineering, product engineering/management teams, procurement teams as well as Johnson Controls Supplier ecosystems in providing Plantroom design, outcome-driven solutions, and engineering, Technical procurement and customer proposals to serve the HVAC needs of critical infrastructure across verticals Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial real estate, etc.
Externally, you will be closely working with customer and consulting engineers for an in-depth understanding of Customer/consultant needs and influence tender specification as per Johnson Controls HVAC ‘system’ offerings and differentiators. Analyzing product and solution gaps with respect to competition offerings and vertical market needs will be some of the key aspects.
In this process, you will closely track the progress against the plan, enable branches and countries to meet the planned secure as well as help them to cross-sell/ upsell the adjacent building services/systems offerings namely, ELV systems, networks, etc. across applicable verticals.
A Pre-sales Leader for HVAC end-to-end System offerings is responsible for leading the pre-sales process for drivings solutions and proposals for driving sales and providing technical support to customers for our suite of HVAC products and adjacent systems, namely plant room, airside, etc. The person also needs to have a good understanding of Energy Performance contracting, Equipment performance management, and smart maintenance regimes. Understanding of network technologies and IT-OT systems integration will be the adjacent space.
The work would include working with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. This position collaborates with sales, engineering, and other teams to create proposals and presentations that articulate the value of the proposed solutions.

You should have a deep experience in pre-sales, and technical procurement management of design-build HVAC systems across verticals and be able to functionally lead cross-domain engineering teams in the project. You must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
Overall, the HVAC System Integration Pre-sales Leader plays a critical role in ensuring that their company's Building services/systems integrated solutions approach meets customer needs and drives business growth. The Pre-Sales Leader will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and will provide guidance and mentorship to the offshore pre-sales engineering team.

Main Purpose of the Role:

Position
Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. This includes Front Office (FO) booking platforms, Risk Management (RM) control and regulatory reporting systems, financial product and contract valuation systems, and much more. It is the department most directly exposed to the bank’s financial operations.
As an Principal Engineering Architect, you will be working within the Architecture & Innovation team with a primary mandate to provide architecture guidance as part of the Design Authority. Main responsibilities
As part of the IS Strategy the Principal Engineering Architect coordinates the elaboration of the IS Strategy, in partnership with the Head of IT Division and the Head of division. You ensure its consistency with the global CMI and GMD IS Strategy and its execution within CMI – led by CMI Architecture Team.
To reach this objective, you chair the Technical Community, composed of the Technical leaders of his IT Division. You will be contributing to CMI technical strategy definition as well as technical foundations. You identify your division’s technical needs and requirements, ensures they are addressed/covered by technical foundations (when relevant) and contributes to market watch / experimentations.
You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.
As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), you will forge close relationships with program director, others team leads, architecture functions and quality assurance teams. There will be a limited travel aspect to this role (approx. 25%).
