Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to monitor and supervise the Business Intelligence division on task and KPI’s deliverables.
2. Identify the industries nature, opportunities, and latest requirements as basis of information that relates to PIPC.
3. Perform analysis and feasibility study on the identified industries, opportunities and latest requirements and prepare recommendations to Head of Investor Management on the next steps and wat forward.
4. The analysis and feasibility study performed shall not be limited to oils and gas downstream only however it has to minimally covered deep analysis on economic climate, investment appetite, business environment and trade policy of targeted companies/ countries for strategy development and planning purposes in achieving IM’s KPI and JPDC objectives.
5. Responsibility to well verse and keep updated in government policies that relate to PIPC nature.
6. The analysis and feasibility study performed also shall include comprehensive perspective from various angle i.e., local, and global economy, global market, etc.
7. The analysis shall be able to provide in-depth, commercial insight relating to the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on analytical interpretation and align with PIPC plan. It also must contribute towards the development of appropriate strategic plans for sector/ subsector to facilitate expansion of industries or investment interests in PIPC.
8. Responsible to provide planning and strategy, maintain and update Investor Management (IM) Intelligence Database.
9. To perform other relevant market study, background check, research, and maintenance of IM Intelligence Database in a timely manner.
10. Oversee department’s databases and to prepare reporting or paperwork that required by Head of Investor Management Department.
11. Responsible for the preparation of all department reporting paperwork for the EXCO and BOD.
12. Prepare workplan for the business analysis approach and strategy based on the agreed recommendation or as and when required by the top management of JPDC.
13. Take lead on special project planning and monitoring that include the strategy of the execution, conduct periodic review, perform work coordination functional perspectives within and outside project teams and documentation management.
14. Establish and maintain high performing team and serve as project advocate within organization.

Job Purpose
To strengthen the in-house actuarial capability in the area of general insurance and provide actuarial support to general insurance business.
The Job
· Performs valuation and assist in preparation of reserve review reports
· Supports implementation of target operating model for IFRS 17, including the assessment of insurance reserves, profit and loss.
· Collaborates with internal/ external stakeholders to price and develop GI products.
· Provide pricing guidance and review support across entities.
· Assists the Company in driving the GI business through experience and profitability analysis on various business lines.
· Performs business projections for business planning, stress scenario construction and stress testing under both RBC and IFRS 17 basis.
· Supports Reinsurance (RI) related assessment, such as optimal RI assessment, RI accounting and financial reporting.
· Develops and enhances in-house statistical capability using SAS software, which includes:
a) Periodic data preparation for valuation and pricing
b) Assist in the financial management of the general business
c) Support business units by generating required reports
· Provide technical support on other general insurance related matters, such as marketing, underwriting and claims management
· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Our Requirements
· Degree in Actuarial or relevant fields, and good progress in Actuarial examinations
· Excellent in statistical analysis, problem solving and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Excel and good knowledge of statistical packages and strong interest in programming (e.g SAS, SQL, VBA, Prophet)
· Familiar with general insurance, RBC2, reinsurance structures, IFRS17, and AS400 system data structure will be an advantage
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience

In this role you will be at the forefront of setting up and manage the state-of-the-art electronics R&D Lab and technician team responsible for supporting electronics design verification of existing and future products, building electronics test equipment. As a teammate of our team, you will ensure the lab meets all expectation from health & safety aspect and ensure the success of overall projects.
How you will make a difference
· Lead, establish, review, and improve Electronics R&D Laboratory operation planning and procedures.
· Act as the primary interface between laboratory and external contacts (equipment and lab consumable suppliers), related to R&D laboratory operation and liaise with suppliers on technical and quality issues.
· Manage Lab Operating Expenses.
· Procurement, inventory, and capitalization of asset Management
· Manage capital purchase process for Electronics Lab equipment to meet hardware & software team need as well as industry standards.

What do you need to win?
· Bachelor’s Degree in electronics/electrical or mechatronics
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, of which 5 years of supervisory experience
· Singaporean or Singapore PR candidate would be priority.
· Ability to read and interpret electronics schematic and mechanical drawing.
· Ability to use software like Altium, LabVIEW, AutoCAD/SolidWorks would be an advantage.
· Experience in test rig/jig development and having excellence understanding in wiring standard.
· Experience with EMC/ESD test, environmental testing, and the ability to build/repair/analyse product with small SMT components according to IPC-7711/7721.
· Working knowledge of OSHA* regulations. Experience with electro-mechanical devices.
· Familiar with electronics hardware and software development tools (emulators, debuggers, analysers, oscilloscopes, etc)
· Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), Asset PANDA management software would be an advantage.
