PURPOSE
According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Vice President of Marketing, Sales & Communications, the incumbent will play a vital role in the creation and implementation of the organization's marketing strategy, and oversight of marketing initiatives, and operations. In addition, the incumbent will utilize a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and management by influence skills to drive brand development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Execute an overall marketing strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that supports the implementation of sales strategy and aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Brand management: Oversee processes and operations to maintain the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Market research and analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights through research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Digital marketing implementation: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimization.
Advertising and promotional activities: Develop and manage advertising and promotional campaigns, including traditional and digital media channels.
Public relations and communications: Manage and enhance the organization's public image and reputation through oversight of the creation of all compelling marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and social media.
Budget management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve marketing objectives.
Performance tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data analysis and reporting. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications strategies and adjust plans as necessary.

JOB SPECIFICATION SHEET – Director, Marketing
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing / Communications, Health Administration of related. Master’s or MBA preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ proven Marketing experience required.
Travel: Occasional – 30%.
Skills: Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, Windows, etc.) and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly. Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently. Must have strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ).

PURPOSE
According to the prescribed policies and procedures and under the general supervision of the Executive Vice President and CFO, is responsible for of all aspects of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EXPECTATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as an HRIS Manager, with a focus on Workday.
Skills: Strong leadership competencies and experience leading teams.
Exceptional data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training programs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently.
Must be able to successfully lead others in an environment of complexity.
Must have strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ)
Travel: Less than 25%
