Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team on a part-time permanent basis as the Event and Sales Support Coordinator for our Image Guide Therapies Devices (IGTD) division. Based at our North Ryde headquarters, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement through professional education events, industry conferences, and clinical teaching sessions.
Your primary responsibility will be to raise awareness of our events while efficiently coordinating logistics such as flights, accommodation, venue selection, catering, and marketing materials. Reporting to the ASEAN Market Sales Leader IGTD, you will collaborate closely with various departments across ANZ, ASEAN and IGT-D International to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
This 22 hour per week part-time role offers flexibility, allowing for adjustments in schedule to accommodate the right candidate. Occasionally, weekend event attendance may be required to ensure smooth operations and team support. We offer a hybrid working environment with in office and work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute professional education workshops/events with support from the IGTD Team.
- Able to create compelling copy for marketing material, social media content, website materials, and email campaigns.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Able to navigate and consistently meet deadlines set by sales leaders and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement tasks, events, and contracts in compliance with Philips GBP requirements.
- Coordinate attendance at third-party conferences and assist in marketing endeavors, including booth design, setup, banners, and sponsorships.
- Assist sales leaders and teams in event execution and take accountability for success.
- Ensures adherence to the new and existing processes and procedures, and sales ways of working,
- Collaborate closely with ANZ Legal Team, IGT-D Intl. Marcom and Marketing, T&E, Legal, and Compliance Teams.
You’re the right if:
- Previous experience managing B2B events and education marketing or a team support position would be ideal, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally have marcom experience encompassing design ability, creativity, and proficiency in crafting customer communication, brand management knowledge, creative thinking abilities, and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in or a genuine interest in the Healthcare industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative with delivery timelines.
- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
- Above all, a motivated, organized individual committed to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a dedicated team environment.
