This role will be based in Tuas.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative
· Assist Regional Manufacturing Director’s Office and Plant Leadership Team in special assignments and/or projects related to Tuas including visit coordination and management.
· Support the HR on administrative and coordination matters on onboarding and offboarding employees (including permanent, temporary, and contract employees), and employee engagement activities.
· Coordinate and leads mandatory training session across functions.
· Maintain records of all site functional, technical, and leadership trainings for employees.
· Assist on vendor payment processes.
Facilities Management
· Support Engineering Team in facilities management and improvement projects execution (including liaising with vendors).
· Create a conducive community experience in the administrative workplace that are both engaging and productive with human-centric experiences.
· Lead 5S implementation across functions in within office area.
· Supervise daily operations of 3rd party canteen, office utilities, and transportation services based on contract guidelines.
· Set regular checkpoints with canteen committee to continuously improve services and address any pressing concerns.
· Oversee 3rd party contract services providers to ensure compliance to human rights policy.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of Admin or HR Generalist experience.
· Good analytical skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Resilient and able to respond under pressure.
· Able to work autonomously & provide independent opinions.
