• Create and maintain staff records
• Compile staff payroll details
• Keep track of staff benefits usage, benefits, expenses, leave and time off
• Organise and register staff for trainings
• Create payment vouchers for approvals by the Executive Director and Board members
• Distribute and compile performance appraisal forms, arrange for performance management
discussions between the staff and Executive Director
• Keep a record of performance appraisals, ratings, and bonuses
• Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and process are adhered to across the organisation
• Assists the Executive Director in the coordination and preparation for external and internal audits.
• Act as first point of contact and attend to email and phone enquiries from members of the public,
including donors and visitors
• Handling all AGM Matters
• Manage the fixed deposits by providing frequent updates
• To work with external bookkeeper for petty cash, payments and donation matters
• Any other HR & Finance or Administrative duties as requested by the Executive Director
