Pros: I've enjoyed the flexibility of remote work in the IT solutions space. The team is usually supportive, and I could manage my schedule pretty well as a Software Engineer. The tech stack is modern too.
Cons: Leadership can be inconsistent, which makes setting project priorities tough. There's not always a clear vision for where products are headed. Communication from the top down could definitely improve for technical roles.
Advice to Management: Try to give more consistent direction and invest in leadership training. Clearer product roadmaps would help everyone, especially engineers trying to build things right.
