Job Description

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products
Operate measuring instrument (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Pin Gauge) to verify dimensions meet specified tolerances
Prepare and maintain QC reports
Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

GCE N/O, NTC level or Form 5
Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and symbols
Experience in operating and programming CMM equipment for dimensional measurements and inspection analysis is an advantage
Able to communicate simple English, work independently and in a team
5.5 days’ work week: Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5:50pm; Saturdays: 8am to 12 noon
Willingness to work overtime
Availability for 2 months rotating day/night shift with shift allowance
