Resposibilities:

• Prepare a hiring report, vacancies, assessments, talent bank, and recruitment productivity.

• Build relationships with headhunters and/or recruitment partners.
• Build relationships with tourism schools, including visit programs.

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in hospitality recruiting for hotels and resorts minimum as Assistant Manager level or other relevant fields.
• Strong sourcing skills with a broad network and hands-on with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting up to the onboarding with effective hiring strategy, employer branding techniques, and improving candidates’ experience.
• Comfortable working with targets, ahead with the hiring trend, and experience in mass recruitment is a plus.
• Well-versed with the compensation benefits system, structure, and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and knowledge of the Recruitment system)
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.

The Human Resources Officer will facilitate new hires for the company. This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. They will on-board new employees and guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation. HR represents both the employee and the company. The Human Resources Officer will be organized and perform administrative and strategic hiring duties. They also have the crucial task of complying with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR.

• Assist in ensuring the Human Resources department complies with all corporate, apartment policies and procedures and the Indonesian governmental regulation pertaining to employees benefits.
• Organize and maintain employee benefits records.
• Assist in disseminating information affecting employee benefits and administration.
• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Assist in processing employee terminations.
• Process insurance claims in a timely manner and distribute explanations of benefits and benefits pays to employees and providers.
• Assist in general Human Resources functions with clerical supports duties.
• Prepare employee birthday list.
• Perform all duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources
