Hourly Rate: $8.00/- to $12.00/- per hour

Support all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels oh hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guest within the Hotel, Apartemen and Tenant. Support the tracking and resolution of service issue.

• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
• Bechelor’s degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bechelor’s degree is desirable.

Job description for Events Space Executive / Manager

· Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries

· Planning events in conjunction with the client.

· Presenting and selling available and suitable Multi – Functional Space, Meeting Room & VIP Room / event options to the highest possible standard.

· Contact customer by mail, telephone for site inspections

· Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events

· Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods

· Actively manage business bookings, record denial, make network referrals.

· Ensure online meeting partner websites are regularly updated and managed including photos, descriptions, and promotions.

Prerequisites:

The Digital Media Performance Strategist is a High Value client-facing role managing customer relationships of the client portfolio in APAC.

This role will derive and execute the clients’ digital media strategy and must have a strong understanding of Paid search, Programmatic, and paid social. As well as working closely with Clients and internal Amadeus Hospitality team to develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s property and marketplace to maximize returns and achieve the client’s goals.

Your main responsibilities include

• Work closely with clients to develop marketing strategies across all paid media channels.
• Identify digital media campaign improvement opportunities and ensure all digital media best practices are being implemented.
• Keep track on all market insights for building strategies & campaign scalability.
• Work with Sales and Account management to ensure a holistic client management approach across the Amadeus products and eco-system.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and pitch new products to existing & new clients.
• Work closely with the Analyst & Ad Operations Manager to ensure campaigns are running and continually ensure that campaigns are optimized to achieve client ROI/performance goals.
• Monitor online reporting platform and provide regular insights to clients based on campaign results.
• Work with graphic designers to manage creative ad development, as well as with the ad operations team to manage contract renewals.

About the ideal candidate

• Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Finance, with minimum of 4 years’ experience in online media experience and 2 years in a client facing role.
• Hands on Google Ads, Programmatic and Social Media Experience
