Temporary Event Co-ordinator and Administrative
Location: Paya Lebar
Period required: 6 months (May – Nov 24)
Responsibilities
• Provide training advisory to the public, helping them identify their training needs and provide registration support
• Manage enquiries through emails, phone calls, FormSG, WhatsApp and walks-in
• Manage schedule of training.
• Provide assistance to manage / support our outreach activities/events to promote programmes, services and solutions. (Example, Job Fairs, Roadshows, Webinar, etc)
• Administrative & Operational Support
Minimum years of experience and educational qualifications (please indicate preferred discipline):
- Min Diploma Holder
- Min 2 years’ working experience
- Good Spoken and Written Communication Skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Software / Canva / Adobe
- At least 2 years working experience
