IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network Admin)
Responsibilities:
a) Test and commissioning of network equipment for production environment
b) Design, configure and review the network configurations with the contractors;
c) Perform the full DR swing to test on the system and network when triggered;
d) Configure and manage the firewall, routers, switches and wireless access point;
e) Design and segregate the voice and data Vlans which integrate to the backend system;
f) Support and troubleshoot on the network issues during implementation and daily operation;
g) Provide and configure network security hardening for all network equipment based on security requirement;
h) Track and resolve network related incidents and requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA);
Requirements:
(a) Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Engineering with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in system & network administration;
(b) Competent and having a sound knowledge (Configure and troubleshoot) of various network protocols and topologies, including a broad knowledge of WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS and firewalls;

Database Admin - IT Infrstructure Engineer
Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for providing operational database services;
b) Responsible in designing, implementing, documenting, administering and monitoring the databases to ensure the databases run efficiently and securely;
