Customer and Product Training Instructor

As a Rolls-Royce Product Instructor our reputation for excellence will be in your hands. As an SME in product and service learning you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deliver product and service-learning solutions to customers and employees ensuring that technical, legal, cultural and any other requirements are met. You will ensure that learning delivery and activity is in line with standard Customer & Product Training policies, programs, and tools, while working with the CFBU Technical and Commercial Managers to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Accountabilities:
- Developing innovative training materials using Captivate and interface with the LMS team to post the e-learning, use the ADDIE model to create ILT.
- Creating innovative graphics and animations as necessary to support the development of e-Learning and ILT solutions.
- Writing lesson plans, instructor guides and course outlines
- Ensuring that training materials, tools, engines, and equipment are innovative and capable of supporting the training objectives.
- Identify course weaknesses and improve them using latest graphics and adult learning techniques.
- Must be available for both international and domestic travel, up to 25-30% of the time.
Basic Requirements:
- Associates degree in Engineering/technical and 4+ years’ experience in gas turbine engines and/or operations, or
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/technical and 2+ years’ experience in gas turbine engines and/or operations, or
- Masters degree in Engineering/technical degree, OR
- JD/PhD, or
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years’ experience in gas turbine engines and/or operations
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Preferred Requirements:
- FAA Certified Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license
- Previous Instructor experience in aviation industry
- Strong knowledge and prior experience using the ADDIE model
- Experience using VR
