Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and mature Compliance Executive to support the Company’s compliance, contractual, and employee-related matters across Malaysia and Dubai operations.

This role is suitable for candidates with corporate legal/compliance backgrounds who are comfortable handling labor-related matters, internal governance, compliance coordination, risk assessments, and cross-border corporate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify contracts, agreements, and internal documents prepared by external legal firms
• Coordinate and liaise with external law firms on legal, compliance, employment, and corporate matters
• Support employee-related compliance matters for both Malaysia and UAE operations
• Handle labor-related matters, disciplinary documentation, dispute coordination, and compliance risk assessments
• Ensure proper documentation, evidence tracking, and record management for sensitive matters
• Assist management in improving internal governance, compliance processes, and policy implementation
• Support matters related to international tax, cross-border operational compliance, and corporate structuring when necessary
• Conduct compliance reviews and basic legal risk analysis for operational matters

Requirements

• Possess valid legal practicing license / law qualification
• Min 2 years experience in corporate legal, compliance, or in-house legal related roles
• Experience handling labor disputes, compliance matters, and contract reviews
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and evidence awareness
• Able to handle sensitive matters rationally and objectively
• Exposure to international tax or cross-border corporate matters is an advantage

About the Role

The Senior Executive, Risk Management, Compliance & Internal Audit is responsible for supporting the company’s governance, risk management, compliance, certification, and internal audit activities to ensure effective internal control, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role will coordinate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal audits, regulatory compliance, ISO and Halal certification activities, and support management in strengthening governance and risk mitigation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, review, approval, issuance, revision, and archival of controlled documents in accordance with the company’s document control procedures.
• Maintain document control systems for engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, SOPs, quality records, and customer documents.
• Coordinate document preparation for RFQ and sourcing activities, ensuring sensitive customer identifiers, logos, part numbers, and proprietary references are removed or controlled prior to circulation.
• Ensure that only the latest approved and correctly sanitized document revisions are released and accessible at points of use.
• Coordinate document change requests and ensure timely updates following engineering changes, process changes, or customer updates.
• Maintain full document traceability, revision history, and release status records.
• Support NPI programs by ensuring timely release and control of new and revised documentation.
• Assist in managing document requirements in support of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, or customer-specific standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing, retrieving, and presenting controlled documents and records.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure document accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness.
• Ensure proper retention, storage, and disposal of documents and records in accordance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration, Information Management, or a or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in document control, quality administration, or technical documentation roles within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Experience in semiconductor, EMS, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO-based quality management systems and document control requirements.
• Experience handling engineering drawings and controlled technical documents is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross functional teams to understand product features and architecture.

Based out of our Malaysian office, the successful candidate will:

• Review and conduct AML/KYC/PEP and Sanction Checks investigating sanction alerts and adverse media.
• Conduct High Risk payment, Relationship Management Agreement (RMA) and transaction monitoring reviews, and investigate potential issues arising
• Perform day-to-day compliance activity to support the business i.e. compliance approvals, escalations, alerts

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Inspection Team Leader and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:

• Check email daily in order to receive inspection documents and guidelines;
• Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way;

The Associate Research Manager is responsible for the quality of VANTAGE work. S/he will oversee and guide Researchers to ensure they produce clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports which help our clients protect their integrity and reputation.

S/he will also support the Research Manager in training researchers and managing projects, leveraging internal and external resources in order to complete VANTAGE projects in a timely and effective manner. 

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of open-source intelligence and public record research, experience in writing and reviewing due diligence reports, people management skills and has excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
