Responsibilities :-
- Ensure that the organization's products and services can always maintain high quality to improve customer satisfaction and the organization's competitiveness.
- Setting quality standards, customer reviews and responding to complaints.
- Setting the production SOP for each product, incoming material inspection, self-inspection, finished product inspection
- Coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure all incoming and outgoing products are conforming to specified standards
- Ensuring all documents pertaining to quality is kept up to date
- Handle customer complaints, propose corrective and preventive measures for customer complaints and supervise the implementation
- Ensuring all measuring instruments are calibrated up to date, be responsible for maintenance and inspection records, and submit scrapping, damage reports, and purchase requests.
Qualification :-
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, engineering and automation or related majors, able to communicate in English
- At least 2 years or more in a quality control
- Be familiar with production process and quality standards, exceptions handling, analytical skills, understand drawings, proficient in Office software
- Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, good logical judgment, communication and coordination skills and high teamwork spirit.
- Mandarin speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders from Taiwan / China.
