Good growth opportunities in mobile gaming
Pros: The chance to work on popular mobile games and see your contributions directly impact millions of users is very rewarding. Easybrain provides a lot of autonomy, and there are genuine opportunities to learn new technologies and take on more responsibility within the game development team. The hybrid work model is also a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes, project timelines can feel a bit aggressive, leading to occasional crunch time, which impacts work-life balance negatively. Communication between departments could also be smoother to avoid bottlenecks. While benefits are decent, they could be more competitive compared to other tech companies in the region.
Advice to Management: Consider further investing in cross-departmental communication tools and training to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. This could also help in managing project timelines more effectively.

Solid place for mobile game developers to learn and contribute.
Pros: Easybrain has built a really strong position in the mobile puzzle game space, which translates into good job security. The teams I worked with were generally very collaborative, and I learned a lot about game development pipelines and live operations. The flexibility of remote work was a huge benefit for my work-life balance.
Cons: While the core development is solid, sometimes communication across departments can be a bit slow, leading to minor delays in approvals or project updates. During crunch times for major updates, the workload can become quite intense, impacting that work-life balance temporarily. Some processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in cross-departmental communication tools and strategies. Streamlining some internal approval workflows could boost overall efficiency, especially for iterative development cycles common in mobile gaming. Recognizing and managing workload during peak periods is key.
