About The Role

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a central integration and middleware layer that connects our existing ERP system with modern services and standard solutions.
- Create scalable REST APIs and microservices utilizing Java and Spring Boot to transition our ERP architecture into a more modular, service-oriented structure.
- Lead the modernization of our Oracle-based ERP platform towards a flexible, cloud-compatible, and AI-ready system landscape.
- Implement messaging systems like RabbitMQ to facilitate asynchronous, event-driven processes and loosely coupled architectures.
- Participate in architectural and technological decision-making processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our platform stack.
- Support the integration of AI-first workflows by deploying AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and agent-based development approaches, ensuring they become integral to our development practices.
- Design services and interfaces with a focus on future AI-based automation and intelligent business processes, preparing the infrastructure for upcoming innovations.
