The Role
• Seek and implement the best software architecture solutions for financial products.
• Contribute hands-on experience in software development, especially in the Java environment.
• Participate in the continuous development of IT strategy and business/IT alignment.
• Proactively identify technological innovation opportunities and introduce new solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Advise and support agile, self-organized product development teams.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in software development, particularly with Java (e.g., Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Experience with enterprise systems including programming languages (Java, JavaScript), databases, APIs (REST), Kubernetes, Cloud technologies, and AI.
• Passion for new technologies and digital industry innovations, including infrastructure, deployment, and operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing ideas and supporting others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
