Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Ops & Analytics, you will be collaborating with Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics, and Finance to develop and implement strategies and tools for the Sales teams. Your focus will be on promoting and delivering services to Grab's ecosystem. You should be able to both strategize and execute plans alongside the Commercial and Sales Operations Team. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will act as a key partner for the Commercial Country Head and Country Sales Managers in MY/SG.

You will design and implement Sales Incentive Plans across Grab Sales Teams in APAC markets.
