Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading a team in the management of Data Center operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards. This may include managing day to day data center activities, server floor inventory management system, various data center value added work, physical distribution operations, implementing logistics technology, customer liaison and relationship, organization development and training.

• Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards
• Monitor and analyze P&L of the operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue.

• Works collaboratively with client and departmental staff to assure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures and maximization of flow of all incoming and outgoing material.

• Ensuring information/knowledge resources can be readily accessed and easily retrieved

Experience:
This position requires at least 5 years of experience in logistics operations management providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases of logistics solutions.
Education:
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience in the logistics field.

• This position requires highly developed computer skills, with a focus on MS Office suite products.
