Our real estate client is hiring for a Senior Manager, Global Security Operations role to join their expanding business. You will handle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Tools Operations, including the management of endpoint protection, data protection, and web application protection tools. You will manage efforts to enhance information security operations and ensure the comprehensive coverage and protection of global users and services through effective management of security tools.
The Role
You will manage the Global Security Operations Center (SOC), which involves handling daily operations, refining operational processes, ensuring operational quality, and allocating team resources effectively. You will manage the operations of detection and response tools, implementing changes and enhancements to boost effectiveness. You will handle Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, encompassing activities such as Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, Single Sign-On integration with Third Party Applications, and Privilege Access Management. You will act as the Security Administrator for various security tools, regulating user access and privileges accordingly. You will engage in negotiations with vendors while reviewing Statements of Work (SOW). You will facilitate coordination and communication with international IT teams and be accountable for incident investigation and forensic analysis, as well as coordinating with other information security and business functions on cross-functional tasks. Additionally, you will attend to any other information security operations duties delegated by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or business stakeholders.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science or other related degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in global security operations, SOC management, and managing various tools related to Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, detection, response, IAM, firewall, and vulnerability, encompassing WAF, IPS, EDR, UEBA, SIEM, and SOAR. You must possess knowledge and experience in incident investigation and forensic analysis, along with familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), MITRE ATT&CK, and Cyber Kill Chain. You must be well-versed in common cyber-attacks and corresponding countermeasures, proficiency in scripting and/or programming is advantageous and capable of working autonomously, adept at prioritizing and multitasking within intricate environments. Additionally, you must possess the technical capability for hands-on work as required and be effective in influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders all levels in the business.

About the role
The Cyber Security Head of Product Management is focused on standardising our internal cybersecurity capabilities and providing them as easy-to-consume services to the wider business. They will ensure that our services meet and exceed expectations to the business and external and internal stakeholders. It is suited for an experienced technology delivery expert with a keen focus on realising transformational business outcomes. They have direct line management of a team of product managers, and program management staff who are accountable for the entire lifecycle of our cybersecurity services and platforms from product ideation, requirement definition, engineering backlog, through to operational targets, and retirement. The Head of Product Management is expected to bring together product management and the programme delivery office within Cybersecurity to take on direct management of large Cyber transformation programmes (including global Cyber Fusion Centre, SOC, shift lead transition, etc) for both globally, including coordination and collaboration with other IT pillars for delivering joint success outcomes.
In addition to ongoing execution in a rapidly changing environment, the Head of Product Management is responsible for the Dyson Cybersecurity PMO setting up and maintaining a high quality project management methodology (both Agile and Waterfall - depending on project). The Leidos team has an opening for a Systems Engineer/Configuration Manager work on a team that handles DTO transfers of products, information, data, and web content for dissemination on NGA coalition networks. A successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies as well as the ability to participate in release planning events, daily scrums, and other technical discussions as needed. The primary function of this role will be for moving (“replicating”) data and products among networks, providing dissemination support from all networks to appropriate domains, and loading data/products to networks. This role may support all activities owned by the CM team including documentation, software management, architecture diagrams, cloud cost control methodologies and reporting, and other projects while requiring significant collaboration with other teams, program management, and customer stakeholders.

What will you do
A Johnson Controls Team Manager is responsible for the assignment and coordination of people and materials necessary for the prompt and complete installation of all jobs within an assigned territory. Develops and builds on current capabilities to prepare associates for successful job performance and installation requirements. This is not a remote position.
How will you do it
Plan, schedule, supervise and control installations.
Confirm all equipment procurement for installations.
Prepare progress reports, expense reports and other related documents.
Evaluate system performance and effectiveness to maintain and minimize equipment malfunctions.
Maintain technical knowledge of current standards and new developments.
Keep associates and customers informed of any industry changes.
Develop work force size to efficiently accommodate subscriber-related workloads.
What we look for
Required
High School graduate
Three years of Security industry experience
Leadership experience
Minimum 3-5 years of electrical and electronic equipment installation experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Preferred
Five years of Security, Electrical or Electronic equipment installation
Three years of leadership experience
