Job Description

• Review and evaluate personal banking credit facility applications submitted by the various business units, including but not limited to credit cards, housing loans, premium financing loans etc. Ensure that credit applications submitted are in line with the Bank's credit guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Approve personal banking credit facility applications within delegated approval authority. Review and submit for higher level approval if necessary.
• Contribute to the Bank's review and revision of various credit policies and procedures, and assist in the risk review of various business initiatives.
• Perform loan portfolio monitoring and reviews, identify risk areas and propose mitigating measures to discuss with business departments.
• Participate in user requirements gathering and system enhancement projects, as well as User Acceptance Testing.
• Complete other assigned works by the department.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above (finance, economics or related majors), familiar with personal banking credit products and relevant regulatory requirements.
• 3 years experience of credit analysis on personal banking products is preferred
• Strong credit risk analysis and data analysis abilities.
• Possess strong communication skills and demonstrate responsibility and ability to work in teams.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-Speaking counterparts in head office.

What you’ll do in this role

• Administering user accounts for all Allen & Overy staff in accordance with detailed processes. The applications will include but not limited to

- Active Directory

- Exchange

- Document Management System

- Carpe Diem

- Citrix

- PeopleSoft

• Creating, amending, deleting, disabling, recertifying user accounts and password administration.
• Regular system housekeeping will be an important element of the role, ensuring that the security of the firm is not compromised by redundant active accounts.
• Handle any support calls that may arise from application software or operating system registration.
• Security Administrators will be required to involve themselves in the constant improvement of the processes and methodologies used across the team.
• Performance will be judged against criteria including agreed Service Level Agreements, accuracy of work and positive customer feedback.
• The role will require the holder to achieve effective peer networking and form strong working relationships with contacts in both London and our International offices.
• Audit and control of user account administration will be included in the regular tasks.

• Must have experience within a technical environment, ideally knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, MS365 and PowerShell scripting, especially registering users, together with support call work in the above applications.
• Candidates will need to have a considered, methodical approach to work with attention to detail and high accuracy rates.
• The IT user admin analyst must have a focus on security and the capacity to consider the wider implications of an event.
• Candidates will be self-starters with the ability to plan, organise and deliver their work, to an acceptable timescale, without close supervision.
• Have the ability to plan and co-ordinate information from various sources is vital to this position.
• Must be able to effectively prioritise and balance user account management with support/fix requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a working knowledge in the provision of user support.
• Must display flexibility and willingness to adapt to new working practices as necessitated by changes in IT systems and to take up any ad hoc opportunities that may arise to assist other teams, e.g. Exchange

Ideal candidates should be familiar with commercial and governmental hospital (technical) reimbursement methodologies, understand hospital billing and be familiar with managed care. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Teams, and have working experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required. AAS degree is preferred.
• Knowledge in billing codes and EDI requirements.
• Knowledge of electronic claims processing and edits.
• Excellent decision-making skills, detail oriented, and have the ability to submit factual, timely and compelling appeal letters to payors regarding payment variances and denials.
• Able to communicate effectively and successfully with team members, providers, contractors, payors, and their Leadership group daily.
• Able to successfully balance the demands of a wide range of duties when given general direction, based upon standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Use of payor websites for eligibility verification.
• Work with payors to resolve underpayments, overpayments, rejections & denials.
• Reviewing and replying to correspondence relating to the outstanding receivables and identifying and/or escalating billing issues to their manager in a timely manner.
