Compliance Coordinator

Due to continued success and company expansion, a head office manufacturing location of a duel site organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team. You will be providing support to the management team across both locations:

• Monitoring all compliance requirements across the site, and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring that ISO, HACCP and BRC regulations and quality standards are being adhered too across the organisation
• Attending management meetings and voicing any quality or site compliance issues, and advising of plan of correction action plan, working with management to ensure implantation
• Working closely with Customer Service Team in relation to customer complaints
• Updating any policies, procedures and specifications as and when required
• Working with HR highlighting staff training needs in relation to QHSE
• Conducting internal Audits, and assisting management with the lead of external Audits
• All administration duties related to the role

We would expect the successful Compliance Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of ISO, HACCP & BRC regulations, as well as quality and H&S systems. Be an excellent communicator with a good eye for detail, and administration skills. Have a positive, pro-active manner, and have the ability to educate and influence. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Quality Administration, H&S Administration or an Environmental role.

You will be joining a Desborough Head Office of a company who has been established for over 50 years, who have two manufacturing sites in the UK (very occasional travel will be required to the 2nd site), and has an enviable reputation in their field. The Resourcing Compliance Coordinator will act as a subject matter expert for the Resourcing team on right to work regulations. The primary objective of the role will be to carry out robust checks and auditing of right to work documentation and recruitment packs to ensure Dimensions Group is compliant, in line with regulations and in-house processes. You will work in partnership with a team of Resourcing Coordinators, and Resourcing Assistants, as well as other colleagues throughout Dimensions. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting new projects across the department.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

- Act as a subject matter expert on right to work regulations, keeping abreast of legislative changes, ensuring processes and procedures are in line with home office regulations

- Performing checks on right to work documentation for all applicants before a full offer is made to ensure safeguard Dimensions Group from potential claims or fines

- Uploading recruitment packs to Docuware, ensuring accuracy and holding colleagues to account for any discrepancies

- Leading training for the department

- Maintaining error logs for recruitment packs for new starters and right to work checks

Introduction to the role:

Our Client a MNC fintech giant is looking for a Compliance Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand the business requirements and propose an end-to-end system and operational solution for the Unsecured Lending, Cards & Payments Business.

· Act as a bridge between the Product Managers and the Operations/Technology teams, where applicable to communicate the business requirements effectively.

· Have an in-depth technical understanding of finance compliances and liaise on them with the product manager and IT to get them tracked and executed. Worked on devising high level approach in conjunction with IT colleagues, to ensure the business interests are met.

· Manage, coordinate and prioritise the Unsecured Lending, Cards & Payments Business related enhancement & Projects.

· Participate in innovative project development and implementation, where appropriate.

· Support Cross-functional projects with teams from operations, technology and other partners through a collaborative approach that supports project objectives.

· Responsible for managing a team comprising of test analysts to support the above business lines.

· Provide leadership and work closely with the test analysts to support the test cases design, coordination, preparation, and execution under the UAT phase leading to deployment.

· Exercise judgment by clarifying on the tasks, deliverables, and provides leadership to the test analysts.

Requirement:

· Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent area of study

· Good understanding of project & test methodology and experience in a SDLC and other methodologies (Agile etc).

· Prior experience working in Singapore/APAC with at least 8 or more years of relevant working experience.

· Prior experience with finance compliance projects is a must.

· Familiar with AS400 environment or similar card systems platform.

· Possess good knowledge in for Unsecured Lending, Cards & Payments Business – Issuing & Acquiring)

· Optional strong understanding of domain - Core Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking.

· Managed end-to-end project or test management in multiple engagements environment.
