Job Description 

• Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the organisation.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Propose high-quality investing projects for the Board’s approval to advance the business and increase profits.
• Present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the Board of Directors.
• Review the business operation performance, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Set departments' high-level goals, objectives and plans, delegate effectively and closely monitor their operations.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress, identify and resolve any issues regarding business operations.
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organisation. 

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience as CEO or in other senior managerial position in public listed company setting.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

我。統籌管理總行及分公司的行政財務及預算控制；

我。監督管理財務部及人力資源部的運作；

三.管理和控制年度贈款的分配，並確保遵守現行程序和現行通知；

四.制定並協調委員會行政、財務和人力資源方面的政策/政策/程序/條例的製定；

v.管理和規劃人力資源需求；

我。管理和協調向利害關係人提交的與行政、財務和人力資源相關的報告；

七.協調與行政、財務以及人力資源有關的常設和特設委員會會議；

八.協調準備SUHAKAM年度報告的相關部門活動報告；

九.實施年度工作計劃和馬來西亞人權委員會策略計劃。

Kelayakan:

  i.              Ijazah Sarjana Muda (Kepujian) atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Undang-Undang, Sains Sosial, Hubungan Antarabangsa, atau bidang yang berkaitan dari Universiti atau Institusi Pendidikan yang diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya;

 ii.              Kredit Bahasa Malaysia (termasuk lulus ujian lisan) dan Bahasa Inggeris pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Suruhanjaya;

iii.              Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja sekurang-kurangnya 10-15 tahun dalam bidang pengurusan, kewangan dan sumber manusia serta pengetahuan dan kefahaman mengenai hak asasi manusia;

iv.              Mahir bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris; dan

 v.              Mempunyai ciri-ciri kepimpinan yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja secara berpasukan di bawah penyeliaan yang minima.

     i.            Menguruskan hal ehwal pentadbiran dan kewangan serta kawalan belanjawan Ibu Pejabat dan Pejabat Cawangan secara keseluruhan;

   ii.            Mengawalselia operasi Bahagian Pengurusan dan Kewangan serta Bahagian Sumber Manusia;

 iii.            Menguruskan dan mengawal peruntukan geran tahunan serta memastikan pematuhan terhadap tatacara dan pekeliling semasa yang berkuatkuasa;

 iv.            Membangun dan menyelaras penyediaan dasar/polisi/tatacara/peraturan Suruhanjaya berkaitan pentadbiran, kewangan dan sumber manusia;

   v.            Mengurus dan merancang keperluan sumber manusia;

 vi.            Mengurus dan menyelaras laporan berkaitan pentadbiran, kewangan dan sumber manusia kepada pihak-pihak berpekentingan;

vii.            Menyelaras mesyuarat jawatakuasa tetap dan ad-hoc berkaitan pentadbiran dan kewangan serta sumber manusia;

viii.            Menyelaras penyediaan laporan aktiviti bahagian yang berkaitan untuk Laporan Tahunan SUHAKAM; 

ix.            Melaksanakan Workplan tahunan dan Plan Strategik SUHAKAM.

The objectives of this role:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation, HR and legal functions of the Group.
• Implement operational plan with strategies that are in alignment with the short and long-term objectives.
• Ensure product registrations for launching of new/existing products.
• Ensure regular update on the registration of intellectual properties.
• Analyze internal operation and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Monitor performance with corrective measures for improvement.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles such as COO, VP of Operations, etc.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning, regulatory issues, and experience within the manufacturing/direct selling sectors.
• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, direct and oversee Student Recruitment Division in delivery of student recruitment targets aligned with the Student Recruitment strategy.
• To develop, deliver and evaluate marketing and recruitment strategies in local and overseas markets.
• To contribute to the achievement of the University’s domestic/international student recruitment targets and overall international strategy.
• To represent the University in designated overseas markets to raise its international profile and to achieve recruitment targets in those markets.
• To develop and maintain productive relationships with key external partner organisations such as the Ministry of Education, Government bodies and other sponsors.
• To be the main liaison with university stakeholders/faculties/department on programme updates/changes and in recruitment 
• Visits schools, speaks to groups and individual students, and meets with school counsellors and administrators to promote outreach 
• Manages and coordinates community workshops, and recruitment efforts; arranges visits and tours for prospective students and parents.
• Provides career and academic counselling, planning, and advising to potential students utilizing specific knowledge gained of the university, educational programs and degrees.
• Coordinates university participation of staff for national and local University recruitment fairs; 
• Trains and assists student recruiters in the process of advising students and families concerning admission requirements, financial aid and scholarships, alternative educational opportunities, and university policies and procedures.
• Creates, packages, monitors and distributes resource materials for student recruitment and retention programs; analyzes trends in recruitment and retention programs; develops strategies for program evaluation.
• Guides and oversees the work of student helpers when engaged in directly related support activities; may participate in employee training and evaluative sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
• Ability to travel by vehicle or air, locally, statewide and/or out of state.
