• Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
• Involves on development of sewing technique
• Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
• Provides regular quality report for management review

• Knowing Washed Products is an advantage

• Able to read the BOM, which means knowing the material mentioned in the BOM
• Understand the terms used on the size chart (size spec),the sample stages and basic requirements of each sample stage
• Logic understanding that the sewing process could not be started without complete sewing material
• Understand the logic of the TNA provided by SM,Product knowledge, since MD will interact directly with the factory for sample-making discussion
• Ability to read and understand the technical specifications mentioned on the tech pack,to create a TNA (time n action)
