Under its massive expansion program, we are now seeking a diligent and professional HR Manager to be based at the Alor Setar, Kedah, with an opportunity to develop a professional future career growth in the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions, including Recruitment & Employee Records, Training & Development and Performance Management.
• On-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Training – analysis and implementation.
• Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management, including industrial relations.
   

Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial relations laws in Malaysia.
• Strong execution and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resource management/hospitality/legal/finance/business administration, or a related field.

• Good command of both spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a good work ethic with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion program, we are now seeking a diligent and experienced Human Resource Internship to be based at the Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filling, data entry, and documentation.
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
• Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the superior when and while required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
• Maintain and update files on employee record, legal documents, labour relations and other HR matters, confidentially and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit regular reports for Management’s use such as termination reports, new hires, turnover reports, absenteeism, sick leave, salary survey, etc.
• Create, promote and maintain a positive working atmosphere within the hotel that allows communication, which ensures positive morale amongst all employees.
• Develop and implement recruiting and screening systems and procedures to select qualified and suitable candidates.
• Ensure new employees attend the Hotel’s orientation program in accordance with the Hotel’s guidelines within the employee’s probationary period.
• Regularly analyze manpower requirements and recommend actions to meet requirements.
• Counsels all employees in areas of career related issues, handle employee grievances, misconduct, discipline, development and employee advancement, etc.
• Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labour laws, hotel rules & regulations.
• Participate and prepare Domestic Inquiry as required.
• Analyze training needs, provide and/or conduct training to all management and rank & file employees, and provide regular recorded training records for all employees.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experiences.
